First day of trade of Kancera AB at the NASDAQ OMX First North will be on February 25th

Kancera AB (publ) (“Kancera”) will be admitted to trading on OMX First North. The first trading day will be on Friday, 25 February 2011. The share’s short name (ticker) is KAN.

The inclusion of trade is subject to that the public ownership requirement under the Code of NASDAQ OMX First North is met. The public ownership requirement will be met upon registration at the Swedish Companies Registration Office of the recently concluded rights issue.

Kancera will publish the company’s financial statement for the fourth quarter and full year 2010 (April 28-December 31) on Thursday, 24 February 2011.
